eTandy never requests your credit card or account details when processing your service orders as we accept payments via direct bank deposits, cheque under the name “Tandy Electronics” and post or handed over to our office
Your telephone call may be recorded and information provided will be entering into our system and information you submit in writing will be archived and may be tied to information that we collect about your web visits. We’ll be using your information to establish an account when you purchase our services.
Disclosure of personal information
We do not sell or release your personal information to third parties unless we have your approval. However, we may pass your information along to third-party service providers who have agreed to use at least the same level of privacy protections described in this privacy statement as necessary who work on our behalf. But those parties will not be authorized to use your personal information outside of eTandy functions.

In an event of a breach of our terms and conditions or website service terms or where we are required to disclose your personal information in order to comply with any legal obligation, eTandy may disclose your information to the relevant authorities. We may disclose your personal information to third parties as necessary in order to impose our legal rights and others safety and assist with controlling fraud, spam or other undesirable conduct.

With us, you get the opportunity to select whether you would like to opt out or not of your personal information being disclosed with third parties for purposes other than for what we’ve collected the information like notifications, security alerts … etc. (except for legal requirements and third-party service providers who work on our behalf).
